I am having trouble reconciling the Steiner page for the King Adulyadej 1997 (perf 14x14.5) issues with the what I am finding in the Scott Vol 6 (2009) catalog. Specifically, Scott lists the 10b (1728), 20b (1729), and 100b (1745) issues as perf 13.5x13, but Steiner has those spaces under the "Perforated 14 x 14.5" heading (see image below).

Is this an error in Steiner? Or I am simply failing to find the page in Steiner for the 10b, 20b, and 100b perf 13.5x13 issues? Or I am simply failing to find the Scott listings for the 10b, 20b, and 100b values as perf 14x14.5?

Thanks for the help.

This set has many adjustments thru the years as newer issues where released .I believe your Steiner pages are from a few years ago and hasn't keep up with the catalog revisions . Scott doesn't show a 10,20 and 100 b with 14 x 14 1/2

Thanks for the info.

I thought it might be something like that as the Thailand 1991-1999 Steiner pages were created in 2002 and have never been updated. I have the 10b and 20b 13.5x13 issues; I will just put them in the available spaces and make a note of their perforation. That will do for the moment.
