Just to remind the community that both Maresch and Sparks, two of Canada's top auctioneers are holding their quarterly sales today and tomorrow.

Sparks starts in exactly 1 hour (9:30EST) and audio is streamed live on SAN. It's quite fun to watch if you've not seen it before.

The Maresch offerings are excellent (Peter told me himself that the quality/variety this season was uncommonly high). I tend to agree, especially in my area of specialization, 18th century Used... but now that you know, you're not allowed to bid against me!

Is anyone here participating?

Oh my, I just noticed that the first three lots with Sparks are simply OPENING at $23,000, $23,000, and $82,000 respectively. How exciting.
