Supply and demand.
Its one of the nicest copies of one of the most important stamps of Canada. By important, I mean a face-different issue that every Canada collector would get, if they could - but there aren't many available, especially like this one.

If anyone has the big money, anyone can usually get a copy of Unitrade 3 since there are several copies around.
