How Do I Determine Centering On A U11 Type 2

I have a U11 type 2 and I am trying to determine the centering with a guide line on it, can you help me? Thank you!

A U11 is a pre-printed envelope, you are showing what looks to be a Scott 11 on cover. With those fuzzy pictures it's hard to tell.

Very poor image but margins seem to be intact on all four sides. I would rate it a f-vf. There may be a nick in margin at top right though. There aren't any 3c 1851's with a centerline that close. What you see is the edge of the neighboring stamp. The stamp is an 11A and appears to be plated as position 65L3.
