Sorting through damaged Nederland stamps I found this. Looks like it was reperforated or maybe an attempt to perforate an imperf.
Thoughts?

I don't think it's anything more than the hand that cut the right side with scissors also cut the left side off a pair.

Stallzer, got that part. I was looking at the perforations between the cut stamps. The perforations just look a bit funny to me.

Such perforations are normal.

By the time your stamp was printed, that perforation comb had been in use for many years and was very worn.

You can see the effect more clearly in a larger multiple, but I can't find one at the moment.
