Madagascar issued a sheetlet in 1996 commemorating French President Francois Mitterrand. The surname was however wrongly spelled "Mitterand". The sheetlet was supposedly withdrawn and a corrected version was issued.

Can anyone tell me what the issue date of the two sheetlets is ? Moreover is there information in any catalogue on the withdrawal ?

My old 2010 Scott lists the corrected version only, dated as just 1996 Sc 1323.

Apparently Yvert lists them as 1488a and 1488b. Anyone has an Yvert catalogue and could look up whether there is any more information ?
