I think rgstamp and txstamp are correct--the available reference material on 58R4 confirms the mark in the E of ONE and (also in the T of CENT and the NE-SW diagonal line below the C-shaped Ornament Q at right), but the marks in the O of ONE appear to be random.

Neinken obviously felt the only Double transfer on plate 4 was position 10R4.
Schuyler has one up for auction this month.
Didn't appreciate Kelleher calling out another DT from plate 4. Thanks Dudley and txstamp for input.
