Canal Zone Stamp Print Identity Assistance Needed

I have a stamp with printing on it that at first glance looked liked "canal zone", but realized the lettering is blurred. I've been trying and trying to figure the letters. Has anyone seen a similar type?

You have a Colombian stamp with a cancel which includes the word "NACIONAL". Not a Canal Zone stamp.
