Were All Pcs Covers Made By Artcraft?

I've noticed some Postal Commemorative Society covers (which I collect for nostalgia) have the Artcraft logo and some don't. I read a little about PCS vs. Artcraft on an older thread, but didn't see a definitive answer. Were there PCS covers NOT made by Artcraft?

McCusker has 944 FDC for sale by the PCS. Many have the Artcraft logo. Many have a different logo. Were all PCS FDC made by Artcraft? Still not sure.

Yes, if the cachet just has the PCS logo on it then it is made by just a PCS designer and not by ArtCraft.

It is my understanding that Artcraft only printed the PCS cachet on the fdcs that contained the Artcraft logo.

A Linn's article talks about the loss of PCS business as one of the factors of Artcraft closing shop.
