Hi Murty, the one dollar is perforated! Perhaps you meant to say not Perf. Inital?

What is the date of issue of the two dollar value?

A scan of the reverse of the one dollar value might help!

Unable to value these at this time.

According to the 2017 Scott U. S. Specialized your $1 catalogs $1.00 in vf condition; the $5 perf initial catalogs 25¢; and the $2 (1950) perf initial catalogs 25¢. I note that 25¢ is the minimal value of any stamp currently and frankly they usually sell for much less.

murty - I do not see 25b anywhere in this thread. To what are you referring?

Looks like the "cents" character turned into a "b"

Jim - interestingly it displays as a cent sign on my desktop. I use Safari as my browser. What browsers are displaying the B? Can the moderators shed any light on why it displays differently on some people's browsers?

Jim - I just checked with my FIREFOX browser and it also displays the cent sign. I am somewhat baffled by the appearance of the B, in place of the cent sign.

I'm using Chrome (latest) and it shows smaller-font capital "B" instead of "cents."

As I don't have a c-with-a-line-through-it on my PC keyboard, how are you generating the symbol? Do Macs have those?

Jim

p.s. The cent symbol appears ok on my Android smartphone. Must be a Chrome glitch.

Like Jim, I too see the B. I'm using Google Chrome. (P.S. I just tried it with Internet Explorer and saw the cents symbol).

In my opinion the three stamps are barely worth the 49¢ of first class postage. Do you really expect someone to bid more than that for them? Unless you put them in a larger lot with something desirable I think you are wasting the time of listing just these three stamps on ebay.
