Two different license stamps on either side of one piece of paper.

One side is LRSC1.6 and the other is an imperforate variety of the LRMKS3.1 series.

Not something that is seen very often.

I do remember reading of this on an old price list (1920's-1930's). But dismissed it as being a probable transfer from being stuck together, since it was never listed anywhere else.
I guess we could surmise that they were both printed by the same printer.
