Artcraft With No Stamp?

What would you suggest I do to with these envelopes? I do not want to collect them, so should I use them, sell them, or something else.

Use them for normal mail, if you still use snail mail for anything.

What do you mean "Any idea how this happens?" How unstamped, unaddressed envelopes intended for FDC's come to exist? Two ways, most likely. First, they are often sold that way to individual collectors who want to service their own FDC's and then for whatever reason never get used. Second, they could be stock that was never sold and then disposed of. I don't watch for unused FDC's this way, but I do frequently see unused WW II patriotic covers for sale on ebay and have even bought them. How did you acquire your unused FDC's?

I assume it would be the first way. I did not realize art craft or other places sold unstamped FDC envelopes for collectors to make their own. My grandpa collected FDCs in all forms. He probably just never put a stamp on it and had it cancelled.

I know that a few years back, Washington Press was offering large lots of their envelopes that never got used. The ad blurb was pitching using them to 'dress up your mail'.
