Is This "Type III" Actually A Type V

So much of the stamp has been trimmed away it is difficult to say exactly. It is either a Type V or Va.

Dot on the shoulder above the "O" in one, where the dot is found on the top row "A" relief of 17 of the 20 positions of Plate 9.

Yup, Type V for sure, and they've probably drawn in the design on ornament L and M in the top right to make it look complete.

The dot on the shoulder is a dot of black ink. I'd say it looks like a Type VA, because of how complete the right ornaments are. Either way definitely not a Type III.
