I found several of the Greenfield MA Fancy Cancel on covers going to Illinois, a handful are franked with Grilled stamps. This is the strangest of the lot; matches none of them except for one other, but this is bolder. 10 Wide and 18(?) High
Raised mounds all over; with exposed "X's" points up where canceled and nearby, at the bottom of the grilling. The color is more reddish than common Rose.
