Parking validation stickers are about as popular as the stickers used to order magazines, books, records and the like, back in the 1970's and 80's.

Interesting stuff. Reminds me of war ration stickers. Only they were not numbered.

Parking passes are much different nowadays. With thermal printers and coated paper that fades over time, to paper tickets with bar codes to get the gates to open so you can leave the lot. I still say the coin/cash stub was most environmently friendly.

Now all the used/read passes are dropped and discarded by persons who don't care and they end up in gutters and in fields and elsewhere. If only we could teach humans to recycle, like stamp collectors do!

Oh, wow, haven't thought about these in years. I think I've worked in 5-6 different office towers that used these for parking validations. If I ever run across any I stuck in a old desk drawer, I'll post them.
