Incorrect PF Cert, Not Plate 4 - #20 Tii

The certificate states this stamp is from Plate #4; which is false. Type II is only found on the top row of Plate 4(20 Positions). This stamp clearly has a stamp/position above it. The stamp is from Plate 2, not Plate 4. CV for Plate 2 is $275, from Plate 4 $1250. I already brought this to the sellers attention, but didn't get a response (not surprised).

Yep, A relief from plate 2 - 1L or 1R column.

Cert is 17 years old; the probability is that no one who looked at it then is still working there now.
