I believe it's a typo or computer mishap on the seller's part. Three of the seller's listings have the uber high shipping, but the bulk are normal. I would hope someone has alerted the seller that they made a mistake.

I made a bid a few days ago, on ebay, and typed in 55c, ebay took the bid to be $55 Yikes.
