I found these 3 stamps in a very old album with early revenues. Since I have never, ever encountered them before I have absolutely no clue if they are right or not. Opinions and expertise are welcomed.

What you have appears to be a single of each of the Great Central Fair Stamps, Scott WV11-13. As unused stamps they are some what common for Sanitary Fair Stamps. Total Scott Catalogue value is about $100.00 for the three stamps. I do not believe there are any perforated counterfeits of these stamps. Detailed information can be found in the Kantor's book on Sanitary Fair Stamps which costs $25.00 to $75.00 depending on the source of the book.

If Scott CV is $100, figure on EBV ( ebay value) to be $30-$50, and what a dealer might offer to be half of that (if not less).

These are the most common of the sanitary fair stamps, but they are certainly attractive and worth keeping. I have never heard of a counterfeit for these either, only counterfeit covers since used and on cover examples are both scarce and valuable.

Thanks guys for helping me out. They certainly are good looking stamps from the Civil War era.

There are more unusual stamps from this album I will be posting in the upcoming weeks.
