Pay Pal Claim Case With A Difference

Reply from pay pal.

"We're happy to let you know that we've now completed our review and have decided Case .......... in your favour. Due to the unique circumstances of this case, we're issuing you this refund at no cost to your seller. You'll receive a refund of $18.50 AUD.

The refund amount should reflect in your PayPal balance within 5 business days. If you paid with a credit or debit card, the amount will be refunded to your card. Please note that it can take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement."

I do not understand who is who in that zoo.

It appears Paypal provided a refund out of their pocket.

They will do that at times, especially for smaller amounts. ebay does the same.

Address to me the buyer.

Amazing how the seller sent me something totally different than I purchased. So they aren't totally sure if I am telling the truth?
