Need Help On 1960-65 Pakistan Stamps

There appear to be 3 different variations of this stamp, while my book only supplies the necessary spaces for two variations of the series. Two of them are quite similar (The backwards looking "R" has a line at the top and bottom on one, while only the bottom for the other). The extra variation that my book doesn't recognize at all has a line going through the top of the inscription.

Scott 131a is a tricky stamp as Scott does not provide an image for it (Gibbons does however). I have a half sheet of 131a hidden away somewhere- if I can find it I'll get an image of it to post.
