I've no idea how Scott deals with this issue, but it's a sheet of Gibbons SG 17, and that is definitely not a Three-quarters in the top corner, or anywhere on the stamp or sheet. These are the typeset 1911 issues, the so-called Jail prints, because the Jaipur State Press was in the local jail and the printing was done by the inmates.
Value could be anywhere. Once upon a time, sheets such as this were hard to give away. Recently, full sheets have been sometimes fetching fancy prices on
ebay, from suckers who hope - erroneously - to make a fortune out of them.
