Here is a link to a similar item I found while browsing the internet. This example appears to be an 11 grid cancel struck twice, the example of rod222's appears to be a 12 grid cancel rotated and struck twice.
If one can exist then the other can as well, need to find a 10 grid cancel struck twice now.

Nice work Postmaster,
The clerk has spun the canceller, and the 10 interupts the "T" (in the second strike) which looks like a positive "N"
How you picked a "T" is a wonder. :)

Thanks all for such quick responses.

Continuing along the lines of PostmasterGS's suggestions I am now thinking that it could be Throndenęs (Trondenes) even though I can not see either a "T" or an "H" but the "???ondenęs" fits.

I could make out the RONDENĘS, but there have to be two characters on the front end to make it symmetrical.
