can't locate this stamp in Scott.
Anyone knows what is with it?

Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi January 12, 1746 – February 17, 1827) was a Swiss pedagogue and educational reformer who exemplified Romanticism in his approach.

He founded several educational institutions both in German- and French-speaking regions of Switzerland and wrote many works explaining his revolutionary modern principles of education. His motto was "Learning by head, hand and heart". Thanks to Pestalozzi, illiteracy in 18th-century Switzerland was overcome almost completely by 1830.

It's a cinderella...in aid of intellectuals and prisoners of war. There is a souvenir sheet featuring the 4 stamps
for 2 francs.

I am curious. The stamps have no postal value illustrated on them.

Are these just label stamps commemorating Intellectual aid for prisonors of war by International Education Bureau of Switzerland using Pestalozzi's principals of education? That is how I interpret this stamp.

Service of Intellectual Assistance to Prisoners of War (SIAP)

Preparation of books and parcels to be sent to prisoners during World War II as part of the IBE's SIAP project
In 1939, the IBE created the Service of Intellectual Assistance to Prisoners of War (SIAP), which was based on Article 39 of the Convention relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War. SIAP was initiated with the intention of sending books and providing intellectual services to prisoners during World War II. The IBE collaborated with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), who provided intelligence for the service. The project quickly grew in scale, and by the end of the war the IBE had provided over half a million books to prisoners. SIAP also organized so-called "Internment Universities" and study groups in prison camps. The service was initially funded by the Swiss Federal Council, but increased demand required the search for other funding alternatives. As a result, the IBE began to issue postal stamps in 1940, which were sold in order to raise money to fund the project.

But what is with Suisse versus Helvetia on these stamps?

Designer's choice? Switzerland has four names depending on which of the four official languages is being used--plus the Latin form "Helvetia". The label in question is inscribed in French, so "Suisse".

On all Switzerland stamps - it says Helvetia.
Must be a little more to the story about this particular stamps set.

Private label made to raise funds or advertise the organization . These would be of interest to a Cinderella collector .
