I first thought that, but the lines are to level and consistantly flat to be just ink pulls, also if you look closely you can see the perfectly flat doubling. |

 A re-entry will have clear and sharp mark. Clearly doubling certain part of the stamp. Some are more easy to spot than others but from my understanding and experience, it is always some part of the design that are doubled and not some random ink spot here and there. Regards, Jimi |

 I just wanted to use this smiley. But I do agree, my first reaction to this was its an inking variety and not a plate variety. |
