Is this the first Russian Imperial stamp? It's stuck to a hinge and some paper.

My first time buying a stamp lot on ebay, so I hope I'm off to a good start.

If it were mine, I would soak it in slightly warm water to remove hinge and paper.

It's perf. 12 on the side. I guess it's a later issue from what I've read.

I'll try to check the watermark tonight.

Hello,
This 10kop stamp is giving me hard time, any help leading to the right identification would be great. The stamp condition is very poor, the cancel is not of any help unfortunately, perf is 14 1/2 : 14 3/4-15, I think it has wm but I'm not sure and it looks to me that it's vertically laid paper. Thank you

With wm liquid
