Classical Brazil help - anyone studying perforation varieties?

Both Michel and Scott Classical ignore to specify which stamp comes with which perforation variety. Unfortunately I am unable to find an overview elswhere on the web as well. Does anyone have a more specialised catalog - and is willing to share?

I am particularily interested in the Small/Large heads, Numerals, Southern Cross and Liberty/Sugerloaf/Hermes issues in mind - or in other words - the pre-1900 emissions.

Any assistance appreciated

Thanks for trying perf12 - I'd already come across that site. Unfortunately not useful, the 'Southern Cross' emissions comes in many more perforation varieties than listed on that site. Much appreciated anyway.

Any other suggestions ?

The varieties are in the colour, paper and plates also. The Brazilian catalog lists these things for sure.

@Rene - Scott is simply listing which perforation varieties that does exist - but Scott is not listing which single stamp/value comes in each of those perf varieties. This Brazilian catalog does, even including shades of each stamp that esists for the various perf varieties, paper types, etc etc - including catalog values.
As an example on these pages:

And it's listing lots of other specialised stuff, varieties, curiosities etc

Floor - I believe many are so demented - or at least trying. Finding them all on the other hand... There are many 'nut-cases' out there, interested in this sort of stuff. I'm one off them

What is 'all the different Brazil watermarks' - as listed in Scott Specialised? But wait, there's more...

perf12 - thanks again, this catalog did the trick. It goes way beyond Scott or Michel, listing stuff and varieties 'unheard off', at least for a basic general collector like myself. I had already found the same catalog, offered for free by Feldman: https://www.davidfeldman.com/wp-con...04brazil.pdf (From page 80)
That version is in english, however it stopped at the time the Empire-era ended and Republic was proclaimed, that's just when the fun/challenge of the perforation varieties comes along.

However, that 'Feldman' version I found a few days ago allowed me to add spaces for varieties I never knew before. E.g for the 'Inclinados' 30-60-90c (1844 emission - also referred to as the 'Goat's eyes'). These are listed in Scott and Michel with 3 catalog numbers and thus provided 3 boxes by Steiner. With the varieties I had to give room for 9 more boxes - which I will probably never fill. The revised album page ended up a bit densely populated, but it is working for me.

Apologies for the poor image, the powerpoint to jpg conversion is doing a terrible job:

You just spoiled my weekend

You're welcome, Floor

Hang on, no reason to despair quite yet . Scott is indeed listing all the different Wmk's for the troublesome 1920-34 definitives. (Presuming these are the ones that got you anxious) Hats off for you if you've managed to find all of these positively identified! I probably ruined your weekend for no reason, my apologies

I guess Scott is listing most of the individual stamps for each wmk as well, I did not check in detail yet. However Scott is not listing 'Agriculture', 80R green (#259) with Casa Da Moeda Wmk, not in my catalog anyway. (See scan from Brazil cat below)

What I had in mind when asking about 'all the different Brazil watermarks' is all the other Wmk rarities not listed, like Stich watermarks (can be found on most of the Imperial emissions) and other rarities. Some examples below:

.

These are just some examples, the Brazilian catlog are listing more wmk varieties not included in Scott - and numerous stamps with 'missing' wmk, e.g.

@Floortrader - I presume you're among the few that has already done this (with or without the 80r green). Please feel free to share your display, images of others stuff is always inspiring

Any other takers?
