These both are Scott 552 correct? The different colors are throwing me off.

Hi Mjack welcome. It is hard to tell without checking that the perforations are 11 gauge all around, or 10.5 at the sides. To me your postcards look to be 552 flat plate stamps.

For what it is worth, the Scott catalog does cite several shades of green on 552.
