Is anyone able to provide the Scott number for Turkey Scott number 426 design a46 with the portrait of Sultan Mohammed V blacked out and a two line overprint consisting of Turkish letters and what looks like dates below the Turkish letters.
Appreciate help.

I don't fully get the idea of your overprint-description without an image, but could it simply be sc # 571?




This is how Michel is presenting the 1919 series, with an image of the overprint on the 1 piaster violet - Michel # 663, is this the one?
