Scott 573 Pickup And Question About The Perfins

A week ago, I picked up this stamp off of ebay. I needed it in my collection and I'm pretty sure the person selling it knew what it was worth. I picked it up for 1.50 with free shipping and I jumped on the deal. Q1-Do you think this was a good deal? Q2-Does anyone have any info about these specific perfins?

perfin is DES-6 , used by the Cleveland Trust Company, a common perfin
banks perfin'd a lot of high face value US stamps
you got a fair deal
