This appears to me to have the "F Grill" and fit the description of Scott 92. I also am wondering if it is unused or used.

Thanks
-Jake

It's probably an F grill but hard to be sure from the picture. Obviously it has a number of faults: toned spots, short perfs, creases, there are some spots that are probably thin etc. Used or not is hard to be sure, you might try dipping it to see it that shows up anything more clearly. That should also clarify any thins. I think in general when there is that much marking on the face the stamp most of us would think of it as used. It doesn't matter too much - it could still be a perfectly good space filler for someone.
