It's a Type II, Scott #20 from Plate 12. I don't have time to plate to an exact position right now. |

The image must have looked bigger on my phone or something???
My id is correct but to scold you ever so gently, pro bono plating, and expert help in general, is not very fun with small images. Even with the file size limit imposed by SCF, it is possible to upload very good, high resolution images. |

Dutch, as far as your thought process is concerned: you correctly identified the framelines as intact, which should have eliminated #21 and #22. Complete frame lines + complete side ornaments (especially at right) + perforations = #20. Bonus hint: prominent dot in left medallion frame (see arrow ) = Plate 11 or Plate 12. |

went out this afternoon en bought a micro lens for my camera as scans are not detailed enough, will practice with that tomorrow night in hope of better and more detailed pictures |

A 600 DPI scan properly sized (under 200KB) is pretty detailed! Your 42.9KB image is a little harder to work with. |

Or you can open a free account at Flickr, scan stamps @ 1200 dpi and provide scans this size for detail. |

Now if you crop the blank area around the stamp your stamp image becomes that size. |

I have put quite a bit of time into trying to plate your stamp but can't find a match. I am sure it can be figured out with more time. |
