Hello to all philatelists. I have a question: On the postage stamp without a perforation (Lithuania 1932) near the aircraft there is a spot of the same color. Is not this a sustainable species. Thanks in advance.

kss,
You shall need to try and identify the postage stamp, and the location of the flaw on the stamp.

Would these images assist?

Hi kas2017. A spot like that is probably fairly common on stamps and could just be a drop of ink from somewhere. No, if you or someone else finds the same thing on one or more other stamps you may have a plate flaw of sorts,

Peter
