It's in used condition, and the perforations aren't amazing, though the centering is pretty good. I wouldn't call it superb and I definitely wouldn't put that price tag on it.....

Sellers asking high prices for self-graded items shouldn't.

While it is a nicely centered stamp, I wouldn't pay anywhere near that price for the stamp.

Here's an example from my collection:

Is this perfect? No. It has a slightly rounded top right corner, but it is superbly centered with large to jumbo margins.

Is it worth $140? If someone wants to pay that, I'll sell it! (But I wouldn't pay that much for it myself.)

It's really a rounded corner, but this seller is just looking to get on the gravy train. Lots of severely overpriced cheap common stamps mostly graded by Bill Weiss. At these prices ten years from now he will still own this stuff.

In defense of Bill Weiss, we all have differing opinions, and I value his certificates over PF and PSE and PSAG. The world of philately misses him.
Respectfully,
Steve

Pastime, please pay attention to which thread you are responding to. I just wasted several minutes trying to figure out what you were referring to. There are no certs discussed in the post, nor is there any cert on the ebay listing.

I mentioned that Bill Weiss graded several items. That means there were certs for those items.
Pastime, you may value his certs over the others, but you are in a VERY small minority there. Nothing against Bill, but to most professionals, his certs do not command the respect that the others do and it's really not close.
