Does not appear to be a flaw because you can see the engraving lines underneath the spot. |

Thanks shermae and my apologies; I did not know you owned the stamp, as I had directed the question to Stalizer! Although you are able to see the engraved lines, (perhaps under magnifier) if there is no color, in this case the black dots/lines, does it not qualify to be a flaw? cNA |

IT is my stamp. Not sure what it is but I don't believe it's constant. I checked my Murray Payne 20th edition & SG Commonwealth and British empire literature and neither shows this. Close up.  Different copy  |
