I was looking these stamps up on ebay and found one stamp
a SC# c47 VF that was sold at $218. I'm wondering if this
is the same stamp, or if the markings on it make a big difference.
This stamp is used, was hinged in a book, looks to be in perfect
condition, can anyone tell me the value of this stamp I have?

These are the other stamps in the same set that I was also wondering about. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

The stamp you have there is a C6; it looks like you've got a partial set of the 1938 airmail issue (C4-13). Scott gives it (the C6) their low value of .20.

Hello stampnewbie1......

Liberia #C47 has an over print.....MNH is $110.00 in my o8 Scott....could be higher in the new 2010 issue. In extremely fine condition it might sell higher, but $218.00 seems outrageously high. Can you give a link to that auction or at least an auction number ?

So is this a C47 or a C6?

Yours is a #C6 with what looks like a CTO cancel...."Canceled to Order".....mint stamps canceled to prevent use, sold to stamp companies at a reduced rate for profit.
