I was given this sheet of uncut stamps. The sheet itself has some minor tears and creases, but is a nice piece overall. I do not know anything about it and cannot seem to find any information.
ahs430, welcome to the forum. This looks like a very nice collection if it were in a better shape. The photo does not do it any good, but it looks like the "minor' tears and creases are awful. I see stamps with corners missing, and that is not really encouraging.
It'S an 1920 Austrian set probably on a personnal album page...they re semi postal ( sc # B11-29 ) , value of the set $ 10 it's normal for the 2.5K to 20 k to be non perforated the sheet have no value
Kärntner Volksabstimmung, means Carinthian plebiscite ( a vote ) , So the page seems to be for celebrating the 10th anniversary of that vote. you have the info here
This could be from an album page, but, I am more inclined to think it is a "Memory Sheet" as produced by the Austrian post office. Very nice either way.
