Don't get excited, I am new at this, but you may well have a rare Postmark ?
Pmk 65 with 32 rays ? I make it 5R scarcity only a few sighted.

Please check with specialists first. (I would email the webmaster at the link below)
You have to check measurements etc, I don't see an example on stationery.

I'd suggest it's a "63" postmark (after turning my laptop upside down!)

I would have bet your wallet it was a "65"...............

I have to say, I think it rare to see a serif on a numeral 3.
That was a wake-up.

Thanks for replies, if only, another great bookmark though! , another question, on the site it shows stamp postmark with I'm guessing various filters, how is this achieved?..
