Can someone help me with this watermark. Can't locate it or identify it with Scott Catalog.

That's the normal watermark # 4 in Michel catalogue, 181 in Scott, sometime you see letter between the 2 lines, sometime not, depend on the position on the sheet

Don't know where you look in Scott but it's in mine, your's is a #121 value of 25 cents

Here is an example of the actual watermark. Sorry about the weird color. My printer doesn't like me tonight.



The article states that it was reduced 50% and the page it is on is about 8 1/2 by 11. Only portions of the watermark are ever seen on a single stamp. The full wording is Pactien Ligat Mills and 1858 on the lower line.
