US Air Mail & Commemorative stamp quantities are listed in Scott's Specialized. Records for the regular issues are hard to piece together and whatever numbers you find could be erroneous/misleading.

Look for a catalogue section titled Commemorative stamps, quantities issued. It should be located in almost the exact middle of the U.S. Specialized.

Stamp Smarter has 'issued quantities' in many sections of the site. Alternatively If you want a hard copy, then simply download the copy of the USPS "Postage Stamps of the US 1847-1961' PDF book here
