It would help if you showed the back of the card. Is there any information there?
Google is a great way to research individuals on letters and covers. Just type the name and address into the search engine, and cross you fingers. Often times you'll get little or no information. Sometimes you'll hit the jackpot.
But any extra information you have will help. For example that postal reply card was issued 1915. It is a Scott's #UY7
That year will give you a time frame to search in.
Have a go, and do a search on the internet. You'll be surprised how much you can discover, even from Indonesia!
And by the way, welcome to the forum.

Ah, you posted the back before I had a chance to submit. Excellent! Now you have lots of information Thomas Haley Family Association would also be an excellent place to search.
By the way, this is called Social Postal History. You are not only researching the philatelic aspects of this card, but also the historical and social aspects. It's a lot of fun, I do it all the time.
Good luck!

Perfect example. I googled Thomas Haley Family Association and got this listing at ebay.

Published 8 years before the reunion on your card. See? The information is out there, you just have to look.

The sender of the card had her postal cards specially printed this way in order to make it easy for the recipient to reply. This was very common. Although the card itself was, of course, printed by the government, all the information on the card, her address in Saco, Maine, and the reply information about the family reunion were printed separately on those cards. I imagine that was done by a local print shop.

The card was mailed either as a "reply card" which means there was a second card attached to this for mailing to whomever you wanted a reply from (you then tore off this card and mailed it back with your information about the reunion) -- or it was included inside an envelope mailed to people you wanted a reply from.

I think that's what you're asking?

Very large family reunions were and still are a common event held by very large and extended families. They are typically held once a year or once every few years and typically feature a venue of a local park or similar large area. This card indicates they are taking over a local park for their event. Such family reunions can include hundreds to thousands of people when they span three or four generations and include first, second, third, fourth, etc cousins. A small group of family members, or sometimes just one or two, instigate and plan the event, coordinate the invitations, agitate for as many family members as possible to attend, organize a meal such as a cookout/barbeque/giant picnic, organize games for the children, etc. Often such family groups are created around the descendants of a common ancestor.
