That is quite amazing, the seller thinking the cover originates in New Jersey. Despite the condition, I think the buyer got a bargain at $10.

The seller is not native-born, so English is his 2nd or 3rd language at best.

Rating over 7000 and thinks New Brunswick NJ issued stamps. And never heard of the colony of New Brunswick. I'd be suspicious of everything this seller sold.

Well that has to be the funniest auction I've seen in a while...

Definitely a bargain!

And as a proud Rutgers dropout: even I know that both New Brunswick, NJ never issued stamps and that Canada exists!

It seems he does make some curious listings.This
cover he lists as Proctorsville VA.,when in the cancel VT is apparent.
