Scott 67 Vs Bluish Paper Scott 369.

I placed two stamps together. The unused is a definitely a Scott 67. I have another used that looks same color shade as a Scott 67 with wave line cancellation. I would believe that would be considered the used Scott 67.

Would the used stamp in the display shown below be considered the bluish paper, Scott 369? It was placed on an orange background and appears different tone color paper than the unused 67.
I would appreciate if someone may inform me if I am correct with my evaluation of the used stamp. Thank you in advance.

This is the photo display of two Lincolns with wave line cancellations. The first appears to be with different paper,(including faults: Only using this to compare paper color))I believe this is a 67 used. It looks the same color as the unused one.

The second one is the one is the one that I thought may be the bluish paper.
Am I correct with my assessment?

The Scott catalog numbers for these two stamps are 367 and 369, being the normal paper and bluish paper issues, respectively.

It's to blurry to tell. Try and see if you can get it a little more clearer. The first scans look better than the second. See if you can reproduce it with the orange paper.
