An inexpensive stamp, but I think I see a Position (Guide) dot in the left frame. Am I correct. In addition, there seems to be some dashes just to the left. Are these normal?

Position dot noted by arrow. Dashes in larger circle.

Wow. Yes, that sure looks like a position dot or an LOM ( Lay-out Marking ). I do not have any ideas about the dashes though.

Thanks Peter for replying. Those dashes are similar to ones that I have on a Canadian Admirals stamp, Scott/Unitrade 108 (as noted on re-entries.com).

I have a block of 15, I'll try and look tonight to see if I can find a similar stamp.

Look at the bottom row of stamps in the 210 block at this link.

Thanks for the link. The bottom row shows position dots every other stamp, but I can't zoom in enough to see any dashes. Great information here on SCF.

My block also shows the position dots every other stamp. The block is 3 rows of 5 and the 1st, 3rd, & 5th stamp have the dots. Mine are off center so the dots are actually outside the frame line.
