I'm almost positive these are both #610. The difference in colors are messing with me though. Just want conformation I'm right so I can stop obsessing. Please and thank you!

To me they both look black :). I guess you think about 613? Then the design would be a bit less fine, and of course, a bit larger (rotary printing). So you could compare the size of them, or better, do a scan of both of them and then compare it.
The Scott U.S. Specialized catalog lists black, intense black, and grayish black varieties for #610. The one on the right appears to be the intense black variety.
