The stamp you have is not an error. It is what is called a straddle margin. Stamps were often printed with a straight edge at one or two sides as a result of the sheet being divided into smaller panes once they were printed. Sometimes, the cutting process resulted in one row or column of stamps which showed part of the row or column next to it, as in the case of your stamp. It is of some interest to collectors, but does not usually carry much, if any, premium.
