Found a sheet of France 123.
Checked it and believe it is a forgery.
I scanned in a sample area from the center of the sheet.

Forgery from Hialeah Florida ,2002 to 2005 time frame . One of his early works .

hi: It would be nice to see the entire sheet.Also the scan is very poor
quality too make out the small details;I think your assessment is
correct.Color false, no signature,lower curl in the 5 is squarish,
accent under the C too straight...

Authentic blocks of 4 for sell for a $1000...+
