They are attached by a 2mm strip of double sided tape.
They lift off by tweezers.

Thanks for the nice comments, lads.

I cannot take credit for the above, Chris,
I learnt that trick from one of the real masters here, "Postmaster GS"

It is a trick I wish I had learnt ages ago. So useful.

We learn from one and all here, so many knowledgeble people.

Note: The "Unwatermarked" stamp, should be "Granite Paper" according to Scott, I could see no threads in my example.

Waiting for ROD222 to list all the watermark varieties of early Brazil . It took me almost two years to get all them from 5 different collections purchased at auction ,if there is one thing that can drive anybody over the edge ,that is one of those areas very few attempt to get right .

Indeed FT,
I have the list from Jerry Bodoff.

But don't hold your breath.

First I will post all the stamps to 2007
Then I shall attack the Wmks....looking at 2019 maybe?

Very nice collection Rod. I use mostly Steiner pages as well. They have worked nicely for me.

Hi Dianne,
thank you.

Yes, not everybody's choice, the Steiners, but I am thinking perhaps, suits the "completionist" gene in some of us.

I never really liked scanning a stamp, the plopping it back into a glassine,
It's very satisfying to print up the Steiner, and place it in sequence in the Album.

He is hard to beat regarding his World coverage, does places like Maluku Selatan, and the Belgium pre cancels etc.
