A question I have;

The genuine one pictured above by KHJ has perforations, how many of these have perfs? What colors? How many in contrast are un- perfed. If cut out with narrow margins on thin paper, What kind of cut out margins do the genuine stamps have?

No perfs on the genuine, that's the outer frameline which may or may not show scalloping/waviness.
Here's what look like genuine ones scattered through the Buenos Aires listings:

As for margins, these stamps are apparently very close together on the sheet, enough so that 4 margin copies are very tough to come by.
