This listing takes seller lunacy to a whole new level. It is a QSL card dated 1959 but the clueless seller seems to think it is a relic of a 1898 war.

Wow! I had no idea that ham radio was around during the Spanish American War. Who knew?

No way is this worth even close to what he's asking. I think this vendor has been discussed on here in the past.

One of my other interests is short wave radio. He may not even know what this is. The 1959 date ought to stand out.
