Hi everyone,
I'm new here and new to stamping and have come across a stamp that I am struggling to identify it's country of origin.
Any pointers would be much appreciated.

Well, it is British. It says Natal on the top. Go to http://stampworld.com and find British Colonies'

Good to see another from our side of the pond!
Your stamp is from Natal, which is now part of South Africa, but when this was issued was a seperate British colony. Looks like the dull rose shade, from the set issued 1874 to 1899. Current catalogue value is around £3.50 according to Stanley Gibbons. And yes, your picture is uploaded OK!

It ain't south africa. It was a british colony and now merged to south africa. They got a lot of stamps of their own.

Best to add it to British Colonies section. You are bound to discover a lot of stamps of this sort soon.
